03Age Verification & KYC

Win71 takes age verification and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes very seriously. Win71 may verify your identity in the following situations:

• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the related bet will be voided and the stake returned.
• Win71 reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If match-fixing or result manipulation is suspected, payment on the related bet may be withheld pending investigation.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment a bet is accepted are final. In the event of any discrepancy caused by internet latency, Win71's decision is final.

Maximum Winnings Limit

Win71 sets a maximum winnings limit for certain betting markets on a match or event. This limit is displayed next to the relevant betting market.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are a clear violation of Win71's Terms and Conditions and are subject to strict penalties:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false or fake identity.

• Using bots, automated software, or scripts to place bets.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

08Account Suspension & Closure

Win71 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious transactions or suspected fraud.
• Direction from a court or regulatory authority.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting Win71 Support. Before closure, all pending bets must be settled and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn.

09Limitation of Liability

Win71 is committed to providing the highest quality service. However, Win71 is not liable in the following cases:

• If a bet fails due to an internet disconnection or technical error.
• Due to delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• If loss occurs as a result of unauthorised access to an account.
• When service is unavailable due to external circumstances such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

Win71's maximum liability shall under no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.
